Latest Ios Images For Gns3

I have been having a hell of a time trying to get gns3 working. Wordshark reviews. I downloaded and installed gns3, downloaded some ios images from cisco.com but cannot get anything running. If I try to 'start' a router it will fail. This is the error:R1: error from server 127.0.0.1:7200: 209-unable to start VM instance 'ghost-c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-46.SE.bin-127.0.0.1.ghost'After doing some research on the issue, it looked like I needed to decompress the image. Everything I saw said the router should still work, it would just take a while to boot up.but it's not working. I have tried and tried to decompress this damn file and that's not working.

I tried to follow these instructions (which were the same instructions I saw on several websites) and it wasn't working:I've tried this with several different IOS images but it's not working for any. Here's a specific image i've tried: c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-58.SE2.binSomeone please help, I am at a wits end with this and am about to just refer to packet tracer, which I would rather not. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. I am brand new to gns3 and the tutorial videos I have been watching don't seem to help me out with the issues I am having at all.
